Mike Tompkins - Director of Missions Mike has served as the Director of Missions in Comanche-Cotton Baptist Association for 14 years although his work in the Association extends back to 1987 when he came to be Pastor of Fletcher, First Baptist Church. Mike has served as President of the Oklahoma Director of Missions organization in 2004. His excitement about the work of associational missions is equaled only by his gratitude to God for this trusted position of leadership.
